Our Services
Our signature service is our unique 90 minute Self Session, however we also offer traditional therapy, this can be face-to-face, online (Zoom) or a Walk & Talk session, which we offer to those who feel more comfortable in the outdoors.
Our therapists are both integrative counsellors, which means they adapt different therapeutic approaches including person-centred, psychodynamic, transactional analysis and CBT, working relationally with their clients as unique individuals. Both are members of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and are experienced in working with low mood, depression, anxiety, trauma, rape, sexual abuse, sexual violence and domestic abuse, attachment, inner child, grief and loss, addiction and recovery.

Individual Face-to-Face A confidential and supportive space for you to explore whatever is troubling you. Our integrative approach, draws on different therapeutic tools & techniques to help you develop insight and understanding into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. ​ Fee: £60 Duration: 50 minutes


Individual Online Counselling Our online sessions offers a way to connect remotely (via Zoom) in the comfort of your own home. ​ Fee: £60 Duration: 50 minutes
The Self Session ​ Our signature sensory session, that offers a space to fully explore self, uniquely tailored to you. ​ Fee: £120 Duration: 90 minutes

A Self Session is a unique experience that offers traditional counselling methods whilst connecting to one or more of your senses to ease anxiety, ground yourself and create a sense of peace and calm.
This allows you to fully immerse into the session, experiencing a sense of emotional safety, cocooning you from the outside world... 90 minutes that is solely about you..

Smell
Choose from our menu of therapeutic candles, aromatherapy oils used in our diffuser. Each designed to create a specific ambiance, support your current mental state and enhance your therapy session.

Sound
Binaural beats and sound waves can be used during your session.
Binaural beats can induce the same mental state associated with a meditation practice, but much more quickly.
Helping to reduce anxiety, lower stress, increase focus, concentration, relaxation and motivation and foster positive moods.

Sight
We offer Spacemasks, self-heating eye masks, infused with Jasmine which will help transport you away as we guide you into 15 minutes of meditation if you choose. Allow yourself to float freely in the space, letting go of the emotions you have been holding on to.

Touch
We offer a selection of blankets, sensory toys, aromatherapy lotions to use during your Self Session, helping you with stress relief and allowing you to cocoon yourself in our peaceful environment. Our Touch selection will help you unwind, feel grounded, soothed, calmed and comforted.

Taste
We offer freshly brewed coffee for a boost or a comforting cup of one of our specially chosen herbal teas to sip on during your Self Session. This will help to soothe you, calm your nerves and help you get back into balance.
We also offer lollies and chewing gum to help release tension, regulate and clear your mind.
