Our therapy sessions take place in a cosy environment furnished with comfortable yoga mats and bolsters, allowing participants the freedom to stretch out, lie down, or move as needed. While this setup encourages relaxation and physical comfort, it's important to note that prolonged floor positions might not be suitable for individuals who find it challenging to remain on the floor for extended periods. If this applies to you, please let us know, and we can discuss alternative arrangements to ensure your comfort and participation in the session.
